Bernard met Jane at a nightclub in London and he liked her. Her father died in a car accident, but Jane believes that he died because he was extorted for a photo of his second wife Jane's mother-in-law. At the same nightclub, Bernard found the body of the extortionist with Jane by his side, but he believed she was innocent. So Bernard and Jane escaped, followed by a dwarf, a henchman of the extortionist, who believed Bernard had killed their boss and, of course, the police. They believe that Jane's brother Jerome can help them solve the case. But Jane doesn't know where he is, at least that's what she said. One body after another, Bernard will discover the truth. But will the truth help him?
